WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns will only be accepted for products that have become significantly damaged in the shipping process. If you have experienced this issue, please reach out via email to orders@heritagehillspress.com.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do not offer gift cards or certificates at this time. However, our vision is to implement that feature once our product base has been expanded in the future.

WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH SHIPPING TIMES?

We currently utilize a print-on-demand service for our products. During the holiday season, our printing services have encountered significant delays in their processes. The following timeline can be expected for regular orders: 1) the order will be processed within 2-3 business days of purchase, and 2) orders will arrive within 10-15 business days of the time the order is processed. If you have not received your order within the above-mentioned timeline, please reach out to orders@heritagehillspress.com with your inquiry.

DO YOU ACCEPT SUBMISSIONS?

While we are currently working with a small number of authors, our plan is to become a platform that can accept submissions and engage with a broader range of pastoral authors in the future. At this time, we are limited in our capabilities and therefore cannot accept or review submissions.
